<@U04DX13MSE4> no, but one was just today. <@U067GHWM7CK> that’s the weird thing. These weird screens didn’t ask any specific screener-type questions. One was from an internal referral and I felt like maybe they scheduled with me as a courtesy. Today they didn’t even talk about salary. It was tell me about yourself then they told me very little about the company, and then they wrapped up the call. These calls were actually all with screeners who were in-house and on staff at least 2 years. I posted because in my experience my screening calls are usually the full half hour…might even run over, but not in 2024.

I kind of want to go back and collect the times of my screens now! This time around I feel like it is super rare for me for the screens to last the whole 30 minutes. I had one a few weeks ago and one of my first comments was "wow they took the whole time slot" I want to say mine average 15 minutes, but I've had one as short as 5 minutes then they go into scheduling the next round.
