I’ve had three screening interviews this month that ran about 10-12 minutes and the talent acquisition folks seemed disinterested. Have any of you noticed this? How have you handled?

Have they moved to following rounds?

If they haven't moved to future rounds, they could be evaluating how to respond to certain key requirements to the role. Always make sure to review the job description and have an answer ready for some of the main requirements of the role.

If they have moved to future rounds, they could just be checking a box in the process.

Screener interviews are usually done by junior talent/hr folks who really don't know what the role requires so they just base it off of the job description.
