I had an interview last week that would include formalizing the company's customer marketing and advocacy program. They have more than 800,000 customers (entrepreneurs to enterprise). Firm salary was $85k. I was invited to the second round, which was an analytical writing assignment. I declined. At that rate, I'd have to have consistent freelance work on top the full time job (and given the scope of what they were asking, it would have been way more than 40 hrs/week). Super disappointing.
Who are the people taking these jobs? Ugh!
I interviewed for the Senior Customer Marketing Manager Role at Salesforce for Slack last week. Wasn’t carried through to the next stage and told yesterday they had shortlisted candidates that suit the businesses immediate needs only to see the role reposted again this morning. 😤
Ugh!
