We hosted a customer event recently and a common issue was the length of completing the review, specifically a G2 review.
We did offer an incentive for this, but has anyone received this feedback before and how did you get around it to still get reviews?

We've actually seen some success with the voice reviews. They make the process faster for customers. And, you really have to be willing to give more $$. We do $50 for an incentive. It has the highest completion rate.

+1 agree that we’ve upped it to $50 per review. It really is way too long, but that’s why G2 has been the top player… most difficult to fake reviews
