Thank you! I've wondered before but figured it was a consolidation of the multiple 1-10 ratings in the survey responses (ease of use, ease of admin, ease of set up, etc.)

My VP of Product asked, so wanted to make sure I was clear on the actual answer, not my assumed one. 😅
