I'm currently running a G2 spiff with our post sales team and we are having a lot of success, so I've also been asked to run the review campaigns for AWS market place. I've never run a AWS campaign and was wondering if anyone else had and there's anything different or quirky about AWS reviews that may help!
You can also link the G2 reviews in AWS market place. You may need to work with your partner marketing team to make it happen.
the challenge I've had with AWS marketplace is that the person leaving a review has to have an AWS account. in our case, our buyer (customer service leader) doesn't generally have access to their company's AWS instance so that's been a blocker for us. if you sell a technical product though, you may not have this hiccup
@Valeria Gomez we do have reviews being pushed from G2, but not all are showing up
@Perri Chaikof great point, I try to test things out before creating content to have any tips for success and could not get passed the login
ya it's super frustrating... i wish anyone could leave a review and we could go in and "verify" that they are an actual customer vs requiring them to have an AWS login. it's a big barrier for us.
@Cara Peterson all of your customer reviews on G2 should be pushing to AWS (it only supresses business partner reviews) I have our team looking into it to see why they're not all getting pushed over!
