Hi all! Iβm curious to hear what benchmarks youβre seeing for peer review conversion rates, specifically on the number of peer reviews submitted vs number of customers targeted (even if it's a ballpark number) β would love to get a sense of the ranges others are seeing across their programs. Thanks in advance and TGIF!
I find that the method used to solicit the reviews significantly changes the benchmarks. For example, G2 direct sends tend to be under 30% for most of my clients. Where we see real impact is by putting 1:1 or 1:few requests in motion throughout the organization (ie. CSMs or AEs, in addition to customer-facing leadership).
Aka the classic marketing response: "it depends" π
Also whatever is true for G2 or Trustradius is not likely to be true for GPI ... π€ͺ
Thanks Alexie β yes, GPI is always the outlier π I appreciate your insight and it confirms what I've been seeing too. Peer reviews solicited by customer-facing teams or on a 1:1 approach have always had higher conversion vs 1:many email campaigns (also seeing under 30% here from my experience too)
