Hey all! I'm looking for a little inspiration for "diy" review booths at user conferences. We're hoping to get G2 onsite (I have prior experience with that and have LOVED the experience and the results)....but we'd also like to have a booth to capture Gartner Peer Insights reviews. This would be staffed by our team.

I recently joined my organization and they've done it with some success in the past, but I'd love to innovate and ideally differentiate it from G2. I'm looking for photos, incentives or tips for onsite review booths if anyone can share!

<@U08UZKKA7D5> I actually just came off of doing just this last month. I'm just about to hop on a plane, but can write out my thoughts later tonight or tomorrow.

Thank you @Daniel Palay! I would love your perspective, but no rush -I'll be OOO tomorrow and Monday. Will check back here next week!

Be careful with Gartner, if you offer incentives they aren't formally part of the platform process/vetted incentive and they find out, they can simply remove those reviews and you can get penalised. They are VERY picky about that.

Thank you <@U08R6SQJA4X>! This is really helpful.

Have done this at our major conferences since 2021. Happy to chat further and share some details if you would find that helpful. Thanks and talk soon.

<@U08UZKKA7D5> so sorry as I’ve been dealing with a family emergency that then dovetailed into the second part of my paternity leave. We just finished doing this at our conference where we got over 100 reviews, 76 of them were approved and published. I’m happy to chat about it as well.

No worries at all @Daniel Palay!
