Hello hello! does anyone experience with a paid account with <https://www.featuredcustomers.com> ? seems odd the ratings are based on "content" rather than the product itself.

Definitely a scam. Wouldn't invest here. They basically take things off your website and then try to get you to pay for a subscription to update the profile.

thanks for this POV. I couldn't tell if there is even a way to convert leads from their platform. I just got off a call and they are saying a paid account would be 8k.
