Have any of you tried G2's "Review Refresh" campaign? We tried it out recently, with a $25 incentive, and didn't get a single refreshed review. My gut tells me something is not right with the campaign, but I'd love to know if this experience is typical.

For reference, we had a a little over 450 reviews eligible.

I just launched one today (90 reviews eligible) and haven't seen any movement either so far - can keep you posted

@Leslie Barrett this is a new G2 feature where they will run the refresh for you, so it also gets the anonymous reviewers.

We tried it recently and haven't received any refreshed reviews either, which was a bit of a bummer. I will note we only had ~30 eligible reviews though.

We're currently running one - sent to around 2k contacts with $50 incentive, we've had 3 reviews so far with a further 4 pending - launched 7/28

I also tried. We had over 1,300 reviews eligible for a refresh (so I chose not to incentivize because I was concerned about the budget), but it resulted in ZERO refreshed reviews.

It does seem like something is off with the feature. Even without an incentive, it is hard to believe that with that volume of eligible reviews, we couldn't get at least a handful updated. Also, this has been running for a few weeks.

Geez, that's not encouraging. We did incentivized so I'm hoping whatever we don't use, we can put back toward our overall campaign balance

@Heather Quitos I am having a really difficult time getting my funds back. They've told me maybe end of week. They also wouldn't share any performance metrics (emails sent, open rates, click rates, etc.)

@Emily Coleman My way is manual but it works! Also, Peerbound can see the anonymous reviewers company! 👀 FTW!!!!

oh we just did the review refresh and got a good number of refreshed reviews (20 out of 200 eligible). i will say that moving the campaign funds was apparently a pain

Just as an update, we still don't have our funds from the campaign back without an ETA on when they'll be returned. I'd recommend proceeding with caution on doing one of these campaigns until the feature is more fully baked.

thanks for the update Emily! our campaign is still active but has not drawn in any responses yet, either. I have a 1:1 with our G2 CSM next week so that’s something I’ll have to bring up

Didn’t have a problem with it on our end either.. have to check but got a least 20-30

confirming here that we didn't get any updated reviews 😞 but @Emily Coleman chatted with our G2 CSM today and he said submitting a support ticket to transfer back funds would be advised (if you haven't already).

@Heather Quitos we did that. we ended up getting our funds back, but it did take awhile.
