Do folks collaborate with your community owner, if it’s not you and there’s a community program at your company, to drive reviews or no?

Yes!

Are these one-off collaborations or built into journeys or anything (or associated with rewards & recognition programs in the community)?

Both! I love an always on in the community with a unique reward, different from what’s being offered to those not engaged in the community. That could be as simple as changing the value of the gift card the community reviewer receives.
For big pushes ahead of new reports or part of larger generation efforts, we use the community as a communication channel for multi-threading the message to customers.

We do not. But I’m the Community owner and our focus is on references. Even that is not happening yet. I’m starting community for engagement first, so we will eventually get there.
