Hello all! I've recently started conducting customer interviews and I'm really struggling with a simple system to efficiently summarize the information. My company won't pay for Notion AI. I've tried a lot of different Chat gpt prompts, but it seems to summarize too much and take away so much customer context. Any suggestions on a clean and easy process? Thanks a million in advance!

I’ve seen a tool where you enter your data and it gives you learnings from it. Do you have any sample data you could share so I could make suggestions otherwise?

Thanks Mary. I can't really share the data.. it's 12 pages of a customer interview transcript.

I guess it's just chatgpt and playing around with the right prompts.

Ah ok, that’s understandable. I think what I do is play with tools that help me summarize calls, like CastMagic or Airgram.io once you pop the call in, you can ask it things like what are the most important takeaways, what are the pain points discussed, etc. If it would help I can find a sample customer interview and play with it then show you?

Do you have a call recording vendor like Gong? Does sales have one? We use Clari and are playing around wth this.

Thanks @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly)! I'll check out CastMagic and Airgram to start. Not to worry finding a sample for me, but thank you so much. I'll try your suggestions. Thanks @Rebecca Grossman as well! I've got Zoom recording, but will check out Clari and Gong. Great ideas and I love the feedback!
