We just relaunched our Lighthouse program, and the momentum is real. Lighthouse is HubSpot’s invite-only advocacy community, bringing together our most engaged champions — from power users to executives — and this role will be critical in helping us scale it into something truly unparalleled.

As Senior Marketer, Customer Advocacy, you’ll:
✅ Grow Lighthouse by bringing in the next wave of advocates
✅ Design signature experiences like The Signal newsletter, roundtables, and workshops
✅ Unlock opportunities for customers to shine at launches, campaigns, and INBOUND
✅ Partner across the org to weave advocacy into HubSpot’s GTM
