Not affiliated but the CMO shared in a marketing community that they've been looking for a while and haven't found the right fit!
The problem the CMO is probably having is that the JD is for 3 different jobs with different skill sets. so it will be extremely difficult to find someone who can do it all, and even if they can, they'll be spread out too thin to get everything done well. Community+ Advocacy can go together in one role (both are relationship-based), but to add on all the customer communications on top of that (campaigns are transactional) is way too much. Happy to speak with the CMO about what is reasonable and how to put together a JD that will set up the new hire for success; this is what I'm doing for Captura now (you can see the updated JD in the Jobs section here).
