Is there a new salary survey than this one? And what is up with the salary by location figures for 2020 on slide 20?

I think it is, personally I'm not sure how many data points they have so not sure how accurate it is. When I was doing my salary negotiation I tracked salaries for postings that were similar to my job / level of experience to come up with a range.
