I spoke to the recruiter at DevRev about this Customer Advocacy role today. Wasn't a good fit for me for my life right now. They're still looking for candidates if you're interested in a role at a startup that's moving fast. A few things I learned:
• Definitely hybrid role (2-3 days in office) in Palo Alto, Austin, or Buenos Aires. (The Austin office is in downtown and only has about 30 engineers and sales ppl connected to it.)
• Role would require 25% travel - they had 100 marketing events last year. Likely at least 2 times a year to India where a lot of workforce is and where a big customer conference is
• They have a lot of people in India so would likely need to be somewhat flex on work call hours, but hiring manager is based in Minnesota
• Hiring Manager is VP of Customer Experience
I don't know anyone besides the recruiter, but I mentioned I'd post this in case this appeals to anyone who may have missed the original posting. I'm happy to pass on your name or resume if you think it'd be a good fit for you.
