I’m currently director, DG + CM at Lumivero a PE-backed software company aiming to scale quickly over the next 3-5 years and position for sale.

I’m currently getting a job posting up for a customer marketing manager role that is really a lifecycle CMM style role.

Managing customer campaigns - email, webinars, events etc as well as scaling advocacy.

Focus on expansion, retention, and advocacy.

Will have formal posting shortly. This is a role that will be perfect for someone who wants to come in and have autonomy and build and scale processes. Lots of growth opp over the next few years.
