The role is Customer Marketing Manager, but I believe could be changed to Sr CMM or even Director (as you manage & strategize the whole thing). This is a true customer marketing function, covering lifecycle, CS at scale, product GTM for customers, expansion, advocacy, and strong focus on community. The company is primed for customer marketing to really take off and be wildly successful. New Sales & CS leadership bought in to be partners. You’d enter the role with projects in flight to pick up, and lots of runway to make things your own and improve it. You can probably tell I’m super excited for what’s in store.
