@Evan Huck I would imagine because so many people are actively job searching that companies are dealing with candidates who are doing multiple loops at the same time and eventually have to decline offers

I also think a lot of companies temporarily paused hiring while they waited to see how fiscal year would close out

True - I had an opp where I was deep in interviewing and they closed the position due to poor financials 😕
