:wave::skin-tone-3: Hi everyone! I’m the SVP of Uptempo, a marketing operations software company. Customer marketing is one of the portfolios I own (along with brand, demand, field mktg and corp coms) and currently only has one dedicated manager. We are trying a few new initiatives for Uptempo this year (community, CAB, new advocate blog series), and customers are thankfully one of our biggest assets :purple_heart:. Am keen to learn from this group on various customer marketing topics.
