Hi all! I realize I sometimes comment on posts, but haven't introduced myself. I'm Marissa :wave::skin-tone-3: I currently lead customer advocacy & storytelling at BetterUp (previously at Benchling, Clari, Highspot and Microsoft) I own our case study & customer video motions, reference program, logo / naming governance, and will kick off CABs later in the year. I would say my 'area of expertise' is field enablement & securing customer executive buy in. I'm based in Tucson, AZ :cactus:

@Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) I'm interested in eventually moving more into traditional customer marketing / lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, retention etc) so that's what I'm most interested in hearing about!

@Marissa Bird those topics are so timely. We recently launched our membership and a lot of feedback we are getting is that people want more content on Customer Marketing vs Advocacy. I’ve got a idea in mind I’m working on to make this happen. In the meantime, I’m going to share some of the top resources we have on these topics next week in the general community. 🙂
