Hey there! Marcus from Indiana.

After 20 years in education, I transitioned to EdTech and thrived as Senior Manager of Global Advocacy and Engagement at Instructure.

I was part of a large layoff at Instructure to kick-off the new year and I’m in search of my next chance to thrive.

I Love Customer Advocacy, building community, leverage social media and engagement strategies. I’m a published author and experienced podcaster.

@Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) we have many legends on where it comes from. But the official Indiana government version has to do with an Indian word for corn "hoosa".

I always preferred the story about a bar fight and someone losing their 👂
