👋 Greg Wasserman
🌎 Location: Los Angeles, CA (born and raised in Chicago, never forget my roots!)
⭐ Work: Consulting with an AI platform, Castmagic, that helps turn audio (podcasts, webinars, videos, youtubes, sermons, etc) into marketing assets (blogs, newsletters, guest thank you notes, workbooks, ebooks, course material, etc). Also consulting for another startup that helps Podcasters leverage their back catalog to distribute it on Free Ad Support TV channels (think Roku, Pluto.tv, SamsungTV, etc).
💼 Currently working on: Building out community, marketing, customer support, sales, and partnership strategies for an AI startup (https://www.castmagic.io/)
📞 Time spent talking to: Podcasters, Marketing Agencies, PR Agencies, Content Creators, Business owners of all industries who use audio content to as the building blocks of their flywheel of content
📝 Joined CMA because I saw @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) is a customer of Castmagic and she clearly knows a thing or two about community, so i’m all for trying to learn as i’m doing it for the 1st time with Castmagic
Hobbies: Hiking 🥾, Traveling ✈️ (been a year, badly need a trip), Wine Tasting 🍷 (gotta love California and all it’s wine regions), fitness , concerts 🎼, wandering/walking, Eating chocolate 🍫 (got a sweet tooth)
Superpower: Knowing who to connect people with after talking to them, and making stellar intros because true authentic connections
