Hi All:wave: - Curious how others circle back w/ the customer after their customer story has been published and amplified across marketing channels? We don't have the opportunity right now to offer a platform for surprise and delight gifting (YET!) and I'm trying to get creative and thought of some sort of "shout out" slide that would go to the customer to showcase our partnership and the ways we amplified their story. Not necessarily to close the loop because we want to keep doing more, but to share with them the outcome of the time they took to do the interview. Curious what others have found success with (or not).:slightly_smiling_face: Thanks in advance!

Sending a bit of a brand pack/story pack via something like Google Drive with all of the collateral that got produced (in its nice, final format) can be something that shows them gratitude for taking part and encourages sharing.

We've also seen clients send smaller gifts to those who personally took part (even $25 - $50 means something to an individual vs. a brand.)

The language you use to promote the story can also be very helpful/important -- spotlighting the individual AND the brand, highlighting THEIR incredible work, etc. on things like a 'customer feature' on social can make them feel good about their involvement.

If you don't have budget or means for a big thank you - you can do a free e-card and pass it around the company for folks to sign. If you can get the CEO or Execs to sign it, that is huge!
