I’m interested in the call, but I wasn’t sure what you meant by destination advocacy program. I think Customer Marketing is poised to grow quite a bit over the next couple of years.
1) It definitely didn’t get the exposure it should have before all of the layoffs
2) The higher levels of churn across SaaS are forcing companies to realize they can’t just abandon customers support with all of the layoffs, and
3) There’s a big movement right now in reimagining Customer Success, especially when comparing it to roles like CMA where efforts to enable success are more scalable and therefore more profitable
