I sat down with @Irene Yam to chat about CABs - specifically how empathetic, intentional communication—and unapologetically over-communicating value, commitment, and expectations helped onboard a group of well-prepared and engaging virtual CAB members. It was a wonderful full-circle experience for me, first being introduced to Irene through this community, reading her book, practicing what she preached, and then getting to collab on a newsletter article. We just created an unsearchable page on the customer domain of our corporate website. No frills - but it provides a destination.
If Marketing teams have Folloze (ABM) SaaS, then they have these microsites pages, really good for pre and post CAB. Additionally, you can host your virtual CAB too:
