Hi everyone, I am hoping to talk with more customer marketers - specifically around how they are using/hoping to use community. Full transparency; I work at Gainsight (formally at inSided before acquisition). This is coming from a place of curiosity and wanting to learn. We have had a couple webinars after the influitive changes, but that was more a one sided conversation. You can ask me all the questions you might have about our community tool and where we are headed, and I can ask you about where you are succeeding and where you are still finding gaps. Hey Jennifer, I work at a marketing agency (Captivate Collective) that helps CMA practitioners find new Customer Marketing tools, and we've been curious about whether any of the community players have added more robust advocacy functionality since Influitive was acquired.
