Hi crew, has anyone here done an audit of their customer case studies program, and has a template they can share on visualizing it in a way cross functional teams like marketing, sales, and product marketing can easily understand? Something like a report card and another part to showcase the existing process, where there are inefficiencies, etc.?

might be helpful as you start out!
I did something like this when I first started taking over case studies at SolarWinds. I did a bunch of internal interviews, then put together the main takeaways into a deck. Once we started a new process, I documented the heck out of it in a bunch of different ways. I had a one-pager for customers, a different one for internal teams, and a longer step-by-step doc.
