Hey fellow Customer marketers! I am creating a new survey strategy that includes NPS. It would be really helpful to know what others are doing. Would anyone be open to sharing their overall strategy?

No I mean an overall survey strategy where NPS is just one of the tools, along with csats and annual projection surveys. And specifically, when to do what - do you do NPS twice a year to everyone or do you automate at different points on the journey?
