Hey fellow CMs! What are your favorite impact stats? I'm collecting some go-to stats that I can infuse in everything I present.

Who is the audience? C-suite? Other teams?

Primarily other teams - sales leadership, customer success, professional services.

Then I would see what goals and KPIs they are working on this quarter/year and use metrics that either align or impact those numbers. It takes more time as it turns into a deck with sections for each department but it is better for your overall impact.

I'm doing that, as well. Just curious if there were some go-to stats that others liked or thought were impactful that I haven't found yet. šŸ˜

Iā€™d say deals influenced, revenue influenced, # active advocates, new advocates, # actions taken by advocates, Value of all actions taken.

Those are some I would use.

@Christa Niering hi Christa! Hope you're having a good week.
Some common ones:
-Number of opportunities created from referrals and revenue of those closed/won
-Revenue (net new revenue and expansion revenue) from:
1) Deals influenced by customer content views
2) Deals influenced by a customer reference call
-You can also break down the above figures by product line/segment based on strategic growth focus
-Time to close when there is a reference call vs not and when there's a customer story viewed by prospect vs not
