Hello everyone! Anyone else in budget season? I'm working on a FY2024 budget now and hoping to crowdsource some ideas and make sure I prioritize the right asks for my department for the year ahead.

I'm starting VERY high level, but would love to get more granular. Anyone up for a discussion on this? Or to share (no numbers needed) what they are prioritizing for the year ahead?

Does anytime on Friday work for y'all? I'm pretty open. Thinking 30 min maybe 10:30 am to 12;30 pm ET? or a 30 min window from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm?
