*Hello CMA Community!* We're building a maturity assessment around customer marketing and would love to get your feedback! It usually takes less than 3 minutes to complete. From the info shared you can generate a personalised report and recommendations. It also collates benchmark data - so we can see the 'state of the nation' when it comes to customer marketing maturity - which could lead to some useful industry insights I'd be happy to share. My ask is this - if you are interested/willing/able to test drive the assessment, I'd love to get feedback from the group. Are there areas that we're missing? Do the statements flow/make sense?
