Random question but im trying to ask for a raise and so im trying to find an avg salary for a customer marketing manager and im having a hard time finding something directly about customer marketers. Has anyone had luck finding this? I know ranges are going to change per city too.

Hi @Morgan Wright - giving some advice as someone who recently negotiated a pay increase for herself...if you can, reference an open job posting where the pay range is listed. More and more companies are doing this as state legislation for pay transparency becomes more common.
Search "Customer Marketing Manager" roles that are similar to yours (e.g. same industry and company size), and look up open job posts that have similar responsibilities and scope to yours.
It can take some time, but if you're able to do this, it gives your manager/employer an up-to-date example they can reference. It can also send a subtle message of, "Hey, this other employer offers competitive pay for the same work I'm doing now." Might light a fire under their asses. 😉
