Our annual Customer Awards event is today. Why is it, no matter how much you prepare, there is ALWAYS some new version of last minute chaos?
It means you are on track. Can you imagine how you’d be if something wasn’t off? Also, you’re doing great. I hope you have a ton of fun.

Good luck @Rachel Ward! I learned that overnight shipping an award to London is a fun way to blow $500 🙃.... I mean, it's an excellent investment to show your dedication to customers and to get the good vibes for organic social content and a guaranteed success story video!

Awards programs are their own kind of crazy! It's all about rolling with it and making the most of the chaos you are creating/thrown into. I'll be there with the event in a few months. Right now we're wrapping up the nomination period and scrambling to ensure our judges are fully on board. Chaos 😅

Event went really well! Several comments in the event thread from happy customers and partners. My goal is to get 5 case studies out of the bunch this quarter so time to switch hats and get to it!

Congratulations Marie!! Happy to chat any time about wins/lessons learned! We are just wrapping nominations and have concurrently produced and approved 7 customer stories feeling very happy with that number!

@Rachel Ward would love to share!! Maybe @Marie Elliott and others in the awards zone can hop on a call and share our processes? My "I'm fully in it" reflections right now are you need to be working for 12 months to do everything perfectly, regardless of how long your award season is 🥲
