occasionally our social team nails it - i love this. for anyone who's ever tried to get a customer story through legal/PR (esp if trying to use it for a press release) - they just strip out all the metrics and interesting/meaty/substantive details and you get left with "`Vendor` is a great partner"

@Evan Huck I currently work for an infant formula company and our medical, legal, and regulatory review does exactly this. Every customer review that we want to use is reduced to "great formula!" 😑

When a customer says "[product] has made us a more productive team!" and the Legal team responds, asking for receipts for data with a +/- 5% confidence range that what they're saying is true
