Hello! For Awards programs- Curious to hear what people are doing for physical awards? We have limited budget and typically order one trophy per winner, but our awards are usually for a team, and so many teams being remote this seems outdated. Would love some fresh ideas!
Hey Ashley! Working on this with a client right now. We send one award per company but send directly to the main spokesperson/submitter if the team is remote.

@Kristine Kukich - do you have an example of a digital badge? We give them graphics for LinkedIn and make recommendations on where to add it to their profile, but I'd love to send something digital that felt more personal to each person! 🙂
There are a couple of ways to make it work, I think. Ours is to digital badge them in community via gamification in InSided. The second is to check if your customer ed team already has a Credly or Acclaim connection. You can use those too.

The Talkdesk ones are just made by their brand/design team! And then shared with the customers as an image file.
