We are looking at finally launching a customer newsletter - does anyone have any documentation or guidelines they use for WHAT goes in the newsletter? (I'm trying to figure out how to not just say "this is what goes in here" but also say "this shouldn't go here, but instead it should be... on the website, in our community, etc.")
I’ve heard people love G2’s newsletter. @Katlin Hess anything you can share?
we have four sections:
1. Get Smarter About Zylo
2. Industry Insights and News
3. The latest from Zylo
4. Upcoming Events
Ours is very specifically an admin newsletter, here's how we break it down:
if the link is not ready 1 week out, do not include it in the newsletter << BOSS MOVE .. the dream 😂😂😂
Lol it doesn't always happen, but by putting it in writing I think it does at least make people stop and think about whether it needs to go out this month.
