We are creeping up on holiday gift giving time :gift: - curious what your teams have done to make custom individual gifts for customers. We would like to print a sentence with a metric unique to each customer that they are proud of but not sure how to scale this for our top 100 customers and would like the item to be functional and not just a frame for a desk. For example a notebook that says on the cover "Your team made a difference in 100 people's lives this year." but that '100' changes for each customer.
Could your data team pull a spreadsheet of top 100 customers and a few of ideas of what that number could be?
Then you can make sure it's actually awesome. Not like, "Your team made a difference in 3 people's lives this year." (Honestly, that's still great, but doesn't feel momentous).
Is there a more scalable option of ... with the help of customers like you , we've been able to help X# of people this year. so if their number isn't as big then its a more we're in this together vibe?
Metrics are tough--I think if you're looking to do something personal, you're better off doing something with their name on it, a custom bobblehead, or some other gift that speaks to the person's hobbies/interests.

Considering your company's mission is "to free two billion people from pain while saving clients millions in healthcare costs" seems really on-brand to round up and tie to that. Could also show the progress each year!!!
