This week, I've been working on the first version of our referral program, which has been an adventure.
New sort of initiative for me so I'm sure I've made a lot of mistakes, but it will feel good to at least have it out so I can learn from it.

It's a small program so we're just kinda running it manually for now; when someone signs up (personal or professional) we send 'em a couple of resources we've created to make it all easier.
This is the draft email going out to phase 1 clients. It's all pretty simple, but trying to prioritize action over paralysis. It'll be a little more personalized to each individual.
I like the site. What made you start this?
We've never had one and it's low-hanging fruit. Summer is virtually always slow for us, and we're pulling any and all levers we can to drive some new business.
The downturn in tech also admittedly hit us hard, so it's just all hands on deck to do what we can.
we hosted a customer-specific webinar for our new NeuralSearch product, and had close to 500 registrants, with ~200 attendees! I'm super proud of my colleague who pulled everything together since this was her first time organizing a webinar!
That's one hell of a turnout!
