Morning! Curious to know how everyone is socializing their Advocacy sign up page. We just launched ours and are including in QBR’s + will be redirecting those that rank high on our CSAT survey. Just curious to know how else you might be promoting it!

Hey @Maria Braune, I’d do a few things:
1. Email all customers with a series of reasons to join, my ‘secret’ ingredient is to set up an exclusive roundtable they can only join by joining the advocacy program.
2. Send personal messages to everyone internally asking them to share with customers. No, Hey all… but Hi Susan, I started this, do you have any customers you think would enjoy it?
3. If you already have a community, jump in and start inviting people.
4. Posts on social, if you are really ambitious do a LinkedIn takeover
5. Send an invite to all existing advocates, references, reviewers, etc.
6. Have Execs send invites to their network
7. Take over the customer newsletter
8. Email campaigns to your academy customers
9. Pop up in Pendo for in app customers

This is so helpful, Mary! Thanks for sharing some great ideas.

@Maria Braune I have launched a Qualified Advocate program for my internal team to nominate customers that they work with that they feel would be really great advocates for us. After all, they know them better than anyone else. I intend to follow up personally with everyone like Mary mentioned above bc it’s not enough to just launch it and expect them to remember this among the thousand other things they have going on (meeting meetings meetings)
