Is anyone using <https://vouchfor.com/|Vouch> to record their testimonials?
@Ari Hoffman
All the judges videos on the lander for the awards are vouch
Is this campaign your first time using the tool or have you guys been using it for a while?? Looks like a fancier Vocal Video?
It might be easier to get a response by DMing him directly, he tends to pop in for mentions 😄
Mary knows me well, ahahaha!!! Also, running around this morning doesn’t help be quick on the responses, in fact, most mornings will be spotty at best with meetings (regardless of DM or not).
I’ve used them on many campaigns in the past, this is the first one at Influitive where I’ve used them. But I got introduced to them at Culture Amp as they use them for everything.
I don’t just the tool, I love the people who work there. They’re great. If you want, I can invite you into their slack community so you can poke around, just let me know @Alexie Glover
Wow! Glowing review!!!
just let me know if you want me to get you an invite there
Yes, absolutely would love an invite! Thanks!
@Ari Hoffman I'm not seeing the ability to make multiple trims within a response. Is that true? I'm looking at Vouch, Vocal Video and ShoutOut. I think only ShoutOut allows multiple trims within a response.
@Jeanne Talbot VocalVideo allows you to trim every clip as much as necessary
@Alexie Glover It's just the start and end, right? For example, you can't clip out the middle of a response, right? I confirmed with Lauren that was the case .. unless you download, edit outside of VV and the re-upload.
@Jeanne Talbot this is a surprise to me! I haven't personally used VocalVideo in the last year so I just logged in to my team's account and it appears they've removed the feature to trim the clip from any spot (a significant step backwards IMO). Previously, you could trim the clip anywhere but there were no "smoothing" tools or option to add in B-roll, so when you trimmed in the middle of the clip it was very choppy and looked bad. We used it on occasion, when absolutely necessary. We were early adopters of VV, but I have to say that with so many testimonial tools on the market now it's surprising to see one reduce features instead of add them!
