I feel like someone asked this recently and I can't find it.... *what do you ask customer advocates as part of their onboarding?* I'd like to to keep it short but would love to learn things likes personal/professional motivations, interests (to personalize appreciation gifts more), etc. Do any of you have onboarding surveys for your customer advocacy program you wouldn't mind sharing? or even just questions you ask that have been helpful to you in getting to know your advocates better?

@Leslie Barrett uses a Let me Spoil you form or something to that affect. Maybe she can share. I ask my members how they want to participate (specifically for community but based on the 4 types of advocates) and how can we reward you for participating.

Yes! I have been using them for years ! Before at Zendesk and now at Airtable.
