How do you respond when a teeny tiny customer reaches out to do comarketing after seeing a case study that you promoted with a big name company? I don't want to say no, but, I need to focus my resources on bigger impact advocates. Offer if she gives us a quote or a video that we will promote it on social? Any other ideas?

Few things I've done/doing:
1. Ask them a few questions that related to your company/product and then craft a personalized quote & social tile for your company to promote on their LinkedIn page. We've been doing these and our SMB sales team loves them!
2. Similarly ask them 5 or 6 questions that can be turned into a short blog. I did this at Zerto and it was well-received by the customer/AEs.
3. Ask their AE if they want to do a fireside chat with that customer so the AE & team can treat it as their own regional marketing event. Have the customer talk to common industry pains and how they are solving for them. AEs can invite prospects/customers & record the chat to make it available for all sellers. I worked with our SMB team on this idea and now they running with it with some light support from regional marketing.
