Hi @Valeria Gomez! yes, I am using a three tier approach. With each level there is an increase in their involvement. So, they went from just doing Reference Calls and Internal Interviews to producing case studies with us, webinars/ podcasts, quotes + testimonials to our top tier where they are on a stage with our senior leaders at conferences and CAB members.
We don’t incentive - we make the moves to the different levels internally. This way when a request comes in we have our advocates in different segments to choose from.
