Hi! Is anyone running a sales reference call program? If yes, are you/how are you vetting your current customers who are jumping on calls with prospects? For context, I have a bunch of people who volunteered (:smiling_face_with_3_hearts:) but I don’t know very many of them personally.

Hi @Meg O'Hearn - once we have secured the client - the sales rep will have a quick 1:1 with them to discuss who will be on the call and the main topic the prospect is interested in. The Sales Rep will then let me know if they see concern or not.
We also record the reference call so I have had the opp to go back and listen to get a feeling of them being the right advocate for us.

We luckily haven’t had anyone that we have had to pull - but we have told the Reps if they feel like it might not go well to have a backup plan ready (meaning another client), and we can always let the client know that the reference call wasn’t necessary anymore.

Awesome, thank you! I feel like our users would be fine but my one concern is possible flakiness, so hopping on a short call before would be a good gauge for that.
