Hi everyone! My name is Emily and I am pretty new to the Customer Marketing realm. I work as a Customer Marketing Manager for a technology company. I had been following Leslie Barrett on linkedin and subscribed to her. I am hoping to grow in my career and personal development with marketing and customer success. Does anyone have recommendations on certificates or courses? I have a bachelors with a double major in psychology and art, and pursing my masters in HR

A couple thoughts here:
1. You probably already checked out Leslie's resources. But if not, she's got some great downloadable resources & courses on CMA Soulmate.
2. @Kevin Lau’s course on customer advocacy (Noting here that I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND Customer Marketing Alliance, but Kevin is the real deal and his course is worth it)
3. Captivate Collective's certification

Welcome, Emily! In addition to Shannon's recommendations, I'd highly recommend joining the regular calls that @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) hosts! There's so much to be learned being a fly on the wall of these conversations. Practitioners from all different levels share their input on anything and everything CMA-related. I believe Mary also has a recording of a call that happened a few months ago where @Alison Bukowski shared her insight on the various certificates available (as someone who holds quite a few of them).
