Hi - does anyone have an internal guide for employees to ask customers for reviews? I'd like to encourage all customer facing teams to be comfortable asking for reviews when a customer has positive feedback. Wondering if anyone has done this - and what has gone well/what are the things to avoid. And, if you have a doc or an outline to share, let me know! Thank you.

I use to! I created a one slide ppt that had links to resources that I would go over during their weekly meetings. The best way to explain it is I had four columns, why reviews are important, deadlines, how it helps our company, your team, and individually, then the column about how to ask and how to get the highest conversion. I added in a talk track for live calls and follow ups for after a great nps score or if they knew they had a engaged customer

Yes! We had something similar at Phenom! @Rebecca Grossman I asked our team if we had anything formal and this was the closest we have a guide to vendor run campaigns, which includes some email copy examples.

But they loved it as an idea for a future piece of content!

I'll also DM you the deck we used at Phenom when we presented to CSMs in case it's helpful, also happy to help you work on something new!

Katlin, love to see this deck if you can share still. DM me as I am going through the process now.
