Hi all ๐ Iโm new to using Slack as a customer community. For those that do, what Slack analytics do you focus on for monthly reporting? Appreciate any best practices/learnings you have ๐

Iโd recommend using Common Room for your Slack analytics and activity reporting, as well as other items to creative a positive, value-add experience for members of your community!
From my perspective, everything stems from whatโre the business outcomes the community is supposed to impact and then design all of the programs and reporting around those items.
