Hi all - looking for some ideas for additional resources to arm our sales teams with. What types of content/assets are you creating for them to use in pitches. As an example, you have a new case study or customer spotlight, how are you helping the sales team leverage that asset? If you're willing to share the asset that'd be awesome! Thanks in advance!
Hi Becca - we've taken our case studies and created a slide for each of them. We boil it down to productivity improvements and also include a quote from the customer's leadership team. If we have video, we'll embed that too. The sales executives can then select which current customer most closely matches the prospect and include that slide in their pitch deck. The full case study/video testimonial are available on our website too. We use HighSpot as our sales enablement platform so it's easy for sales executives to create custom pitch decks from the full sales deck.
