Hi all! Got a quick question. Once an advocate talks to a prospect, how can we measure how well it went? Should we think about sending surveys to prospects so they can tell us how helpful their chat with the advocate was?

I want to say Deeto is sending follow up surveys as a part of the process if you use their tool. Anyone using Deeto might have some feedback on how this is going

Orca also has automated follow ups! @Andru Creighton and I actually teamed up on a resource a while back for follow up comm templates.
